WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT

FIRST VISIT - INITAL EXAM

Whether you are new to chiropractic or have had experience with a chiropractor before, we are excited to welcome you to our clinic and look forward helping you achieve your health goals.

  • Paperwork: Upon booking, you will be sent paperwork to complete and return before your first visit - this involves a thorough health history and general wellness information, so we have a full picture of your health and know how to serve you best.

  • Arrival: When you arrive, you will receive a warm welcome and a brief tour to make sure you always feel at home!

  • Consultation: Dr. Brennan will discuss your health history and thoroughly go over your concerns and goals.

  • Assessments: Our comprehensive assessment includes an examination of your spine, analysis of your posture, and analysis of your movement patterns. This level of detail allows us to detect any areas of dysfunction as well as the severity of your issues.

Under some circumstances, the doctor may treat you during your initial visit but most commonly we will ask you to return later that day or the following day for your Report of Findings. This allows us to do a thorough review your information and provide you with the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

*The Report of Findings is included in the price of your initial exam.

SECOND VISIT

Allowing us ample time to review the full picture of your health, you will return for a follow-up visit which will include:

  • Doctor's Report of Findings. During the report, we will:

    • Review with you all of our findings from your initial exam and provide you with an accurate diagnosis of your condition.

    • Let you know based on your health history and exam findings, if we believe Chiropractic can help you achieve your goals.

    • Give you our recommendations but provide you with options in regards to frequency of treatments and associated costs.

  • First Adjustment: Following the review of recommendations, you have the opportunity to receive your first treatment!

CONTINUED CARE

Routine visits designed to help you achieve your health goals.

Subsequent visits will not take as long as your first and second visits. You can expect to be in the office anywhere between 5-30 minutes. You will meet with the doctor for your treatment and receive the recommended modalities. You are always free to stay longer to use our rehab area and equipment to complete your corrective exercises.

FAQS

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We do not accept any medical insurance. Unfortunately, most health insurance companies do not see the value in some of the care we provide. This creates a barrier for allowing patients to receive the best and necessary care possible for their condition. However, if you would like, we can provide you with a superbill with all necessary information for you to submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.

IS CHIROPRACTIC SAFE?

Chiropractic is widely recognized as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal complaints. Although chiropractic has an excellent safety record, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects. The risks associated with chiropractic, however, are very small. During your Report of Findings, your chiropractor will go over these risks with you.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

We never charge for a consultation to discuss your health goals. If you have decided that you want to invest in your health you can schedule our initial exam for 99 dollars. The price of follow-up visits vary depending on what type of care you need and how frequently you are seen. Follow-up visit fees will be discussed at your report of findings.
